Gestorro is an AI tax assistant being built for autónomos and SL owners in Spain. Understand what Hacienda is telling you, which deadlines are close and how your record looks to an inspector. In plain English, without needing Spanish or blind trust in your gestor.
Why you need to keep control yourself. Hacienda can embargo money straight from your bank account, and for an autónomo that is your own account. A fintech account is not out of reach either: from 2 November 2026, AEAT's electronic embargo procedure covers payment institutions and e-money institutions, not only banks. And Reddit and X are full of stories where a gestoría's mistake ended in a fine or an embargo. If your account is already embargoed

If you file late yourself, before AEAT asks: 1% + 1% for each complete month (art. 27 LGT); after 12 months, 15% + interest.
Recargo de apremio once you miss the providencia deadline: 5/10/20% depending on when you pay (art. 28 LGT), plus interest.
If your notifications are electronic, an unopened one can count as delivered 10 calendar days after it's posted (art. 43.2 Ley 39/2015).
Every one of these is avoidable if you see it coming. That's the entire point of Gestorro.
See it comingNo migration, no handing over your books, and Gestorro never logs into AEAT as you. You bring the documents, Gestorro does the checking.
Bank CSVs, Stripe exports, invoices, and the justificantes and letters you download from AEAT and Seguridad Social. Your files stay in your own Google Drive.
Every row classified, every justificante matched to the filing it proves, your 303 and 390 recomputed from your own records. What isn't proven stays marked as unproven.
What's overdue, what has no proof, which notices and debts are open, and the one next step. Gestorro prepares the filing pack; you or your gestor submit it.
Upload-only is deliberate: the safest access to your tax account is the one nobody else holds.
Source-checked against BOE and AEAT primary references, written for the moment you can't wait for an appointment.
Verifactu for autónomos · reading DEHú notifications · aplazamiento (paying in instalments), and more.
Join the waitlist to get them firstA filing only turns green when its AEAT justificante is attached. Everything else says exactly what it is: filed without proof, missing, or not checked yet.
Your 303 and 390 recomputed from your own bank and invoice data. Every figure traces back to the rows it came from, so you can see whether what was filed adds up.
Separate obligations, deadlines, debts and tasks for each. A company problem can't hide inside a personal list.
Every date per entity, sorted by urgency, and a nudge when you haven't checked DEHú in a while. Reminders before the fine, not the letter after it.
For each open debt: the stage it's at, what paying inside the window saves (10% instead of 20% under art. 28 LGT) and what waiting costs.
Claude, ChatGPT or Codex read your real records and a source-checked rulebook. They prepare and explain; they can't delete anything.
Gestorro is a tax harness for the AI you already pay for: your real records, a rulebook where every entry cites an official source, and guardrails so it can prepare everything and change nothing without you.
No, and that's the point. Gestorro is a control layer: a private cockpit showing what's actually filed, with the proof for each filing, every deadline and every notice. It works alongside your gestor, or without one. It doesn't file for you and it isn't legal advice.
No. Gestorro never logs into AEAT as you, so it never needs them. Your documents stay in your own Google Drive; Gestorro keeps the links and the checks.
Not today, and that's deliberate: nobody else holds the keys to your tax account. You download your justificantes and letters (our free guides show where) and drop them in. If AEAT ever offers a safe, read-only way to connect, we'll consider it as an opt-in.
You can pull your presented declarations and justificantes from AEAT's sede electrónica yourself with Cl@ve or a certificado digital; our free guide walks through it step by step. Then drop them into Gestorro: it matches each justificante to the filing it proves and flags every period that's missing or doesn't add up.
It recomputes modelo 303 and the 390 annual summary from your own records, and every figure traces back to the transactions it came from. It doesn't decide your tax treatment for you: anything uncertain stays marked as needs review.
No. Gestorro prepares a filing pack: the figures, the missing proofs and the steps. You or your gestor submit it with your own certificate.
Yes. Being a fintech does not put an account out of reach. From 2 November 2026, AEAT's electronic embargo procedure covers accounts at payment institutions and e-money institutions, not only banks (Resolución de 4 de junio de 2026, BOE 16/06/2026). The procedure applies to providers that adhere to it, and the resolution does not publish a list of them. That doesn't make other accounts safe, so check which legal entity actually holds your money (your account contract names it). Our free guide covers what to do if your account is already embargoed.
Yes, with a free step-by-step guide for exactly that: what the letter means, how much time you have, and what to do first. The tool that keeps the whole picture, with the cheapest way out of each debt, is what the waitlist is for.
Per entity, with autónomo and SL kept strictly separate: modelos 100, 111, 130, 190, 200, 202, 303, 347, 349 and 390, plus the AEAT, Seguridad Social (TGSS) and DEHú notices and debts you upload, counted down by urgency.
Early access opens in small batches, strictly in waitlist order. The app launches in English, Spanish and Russian; Arabic, Chinese and German are planned. Joining now locks your place and founding-member pricing, and gets you the AEAT Emergency Checklist immediately after you confirm your email.
